Femkind® is a Berlin-based community for people who identify as FLINTA*, built around connection, everyday support, and a little more breathing room.
We run offline events in Berlin, host online community sessions, offer 1:1 career support and publish a magazine. All of it made from and for FLINTA.
*FLINTA stands for female, lesbian, intersex, non-binary, trans and agender people, while also welcoming other queer and gender-diverse people affected by sexism or patriarchal structures.

1:1 career support for FLINTA+ and Allies only, grounded in real recruitment and HR experience. All sessions are online and neurodivergent-friendly.
Femkind® grew out of a personal vision and lived experience, founded in memory of a mother who spent her life navigating Berlin as a BIPoC FLINTA, and who dreamed of a space where FLINTA+ could come together without fear, without pressure, and without having to explain themselves.
That dream is what Femkind® is built on. Community, connection, and a little more breathing room, for everyone who has ever felt like the world wasn’t quite made for them.
